Inspired by Shinto myths of women becoming spirits or travelling between worlds, this project uses animation to depict a shifting sense of identity which takes on a life of its own.

Traditional techniques, AI, and real footage of myself are used in combination to create a hybrid persona that exists in an 'in-between' state.
